Like the law of gravity, laws of life are the same for everyone, whether you are aware of them or not, impacting what happens to you.
1. The Law of Cause & Effect - Everything happens for a reason. Everything you do, say or think has an effect on your life. All actions have consequences, as do all inactions.
2. The Law of Belief - Whatever you believe with feeling and conviction becomes your reality. It is not until you change your beliefs that you can change your reality and your performance. Whether you think you can or you can't, you're right. So choose wisely.
3. The Law of Expectations - Whatever you expect, with confidence, becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. People around you tend to reflect your attitudes right back at you - whether the expectations and attitudes are positive or negative, good or bad.
4. The Law of Attraction - You attract into your life what you focus your thoughts on. Everything in the universe, has a magnetic frequency. Like attracts like. If your thoughts are negative, then that is what you will attract. If your thoughts are positive, then that is what you will manifest.
5. The Law of Creation - Life doesn’t just happen. It requires your participation. In the real world, you will have to sweat it out to earn everything you get.
6. The Law of Humility - Find the courage to let go of what you cannot change. Otherwise what you refuse to accept will continue to be in your way. Focus more on controlling your own perceptions and responses.
7. The Law of Growth - You will have to adapt yourself to the situations around you and change accordingly. That is the ground rule of survival. For you to grow and improve, it is you who must change, not the people, places or things around you.
8. The Law of Responsibility - Everything in your life, good and bad, is of your own making. You may explain (rationalize) how you are a victim who blames something outside of youself, but in reality you are totally and completely responsible for what is in your life.
9. The Law of Here and Now - Old thoughts, old patterns of behaviour and old dreams prevent you from having new ones. Be here Now. You do not exist in the past or the future, you exist in the present. Don't create inner resistance to something that already is. You must live with full awareness of what's real today to be truly living.
10. The Law of Perception - Identify the filters through which you view the world and don't treat negative beliefs as fact, because they are not. You experience this world only through the perceptions that you create. You have the ability to choose how you perceive any event in your life, and you exercise this power of choice in every circumstance every day.
11. The Law of Focus - You cannot think of two things at the same time. To acheive exceptional work, good communication and solid understanding, you must force your attention to concentrate on one thing at a time and give it your best. There are flaws when you multitask.
12. The Law of Change - You cannot change what you do not acknowledge. Mistakes and errors repeat themselves until you learn the lessons that you need to learn. Nothing stays the same and change is guaranteed so embrace that fact and learn to impact change, rather than it acting upon you.
13. The Law of Patience and Reward - Rewards of lasting value require patience. What comes easy won't last and what lasts won't come easy. If you truly want results, you will have to take the right actions in the right directions and adjust your timelines.
The power of attraction is a law. It is a life reality. It is like the law of gravity - it is working all the time whether you are conscious of it or not. Your thoughts and feelings are a magnetic force that is bringing into your life everything you are experiencing. You attract whatever you think about, good or bad. What you radiate outward in your thoughts, feelings, mental pictures and words, you attract into your life.
The law of attraction is working on an unconscious level. It is your habitual perceptions and responses based on your prior thoughts, conclusions and conditioning. You are totally responsible for the bad things as well as the good things. When you are awake to this reality you can use the law of attraction to get results in your life.
You should also be aware of the law of counter intentions. These are your subconscious programs that sabotage your success and happiness. Counter intentions are your limiting beliefs. Counter intentions are your box. They are what create rigid thinking. The law of attraction will bring you positive or negative results based on your intentions and counter intensions. It's happening subconsciously so your job is to bring it to your awareness so you can do something about it.
Every single second is an opportunity to change your life, because in any moment you can change the way you feel. You create your own universe as you go along. See the things that you want as already yours. Know that they will come to you. Then let them come. Do not worry about them. Do not think about your lack of them. Think of them as yours, as belonging to you, as already in your possession.
Impossible is just a big word thrown around by people who find it easier to live in the world they have been given rather than explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It is an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It is a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.
You manifest what you believe, not what you want. You have to be able to rise above circumstances. If you think things around you have to change for you to be successful you're wrong. Your attitude has to be positive and inspirational from the inside regardless of the circumstances around you. Don't allow other people to steal your joy. It doesn't matter what other people do or don't do. You control your own perceptions and attitude.
Don't let good enough be good enough. It's time to move forward and stretch. You have to stir up what's on the inside to make breakthroughs. Start believing again and dreaming again. There is a way even when you don't see a way. Having peace of mind as your goal allows you to pursue future success with a sense of calm. See the big picture, remove doubt and utilize the clearest state of intention as possible.
Our emotions don't come from the facts - they come from our stories about the facts. Events do not create our emotions. Stories about events create our emotions. The experience does not create the feeling. The story about the experience creates the feeling. This process happens in your mind based on past experiences and conditioning. Nothing has meaning except for the meaning you give it.
Separate facts from stories and look at facts objectively. Otherwise you tend to look for things in your environment that support your stories or confirm your predrawn conclusions and ignore everything that would challenge them, including facts. Facts are what actually happened. Facts are things we can see or hear as direct experiences. Facts are verifiable data. Facts can be formulas or laws that always have the same result. Facts are not perception of the result, but are the actual result.
Stories on the other hand are conclusions we draw about the facts. Stories can be judgments about the facts, as in good or bad, right or wrong, moral or immoral, like or dislike. Stories can be judgmental and biased. They are opinions. Stories and judgments attribute motives and cause; as in thinking this is the reason for something or this is the motive for it. Stories can be emotional, judging and opinionated. Stories can be biased, false and not even based on facts.
People who tell stories judge others and justify themselves. Whereas people who tell facts point out what exists objectively. So it's critical for you to understand the difference between stories and facts. For example, you will notice that difference in today's media, or in poeple who add their opinion. Listen closely to what you and other people say - most of it is story and very little fact.
What you tell yourself and others about life events reveals your beliefs. You apply meaning to events and may take that meaning to be truth and reality. But that meaning may not be truth, reality or the facts. It may just be the outspoken expression of your subconscious beliefs. Beliefs rise up from your subconscious mind based on what you have repeatedly told yourself in the past.
The moment you realize you are not present, you are present. Whenever you are able to observe your mind, you are no longer trapped in it. As you become aware of what you are thinking, there is something that is not of the mind: your witnessing presence.
Be here now. Stay in the present. Inspiration lives in the present. Creativity lives in the present. Happiness lives in the present. Always say yes to the present moment. What could be more futile than to create inner resistance to something that already is, or oppose life itself which is now and always now. When you try to escape the now through distraction, memory or disassociation, you are no longer present. Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it. Always work with it, not against it. Make it your friend and ally, not your enemy. This will transform your life.
If you really want to know your mind, your body will always give you a truthful reflection, so look at the emotion - feel it in your body. If there is an apparent conflict between them, the thought will be the lie, the emotion will be the truth.
All negativity is caused by denial of the present. Negativity is comparing now with what was or could be and feeling discontent within the gap. Unease, anxiety, tension, stress, worry - all forms of fear - are caused by too much future and not enough presence. Guilt, regret, resentment, grievances, sadness, bitterness - all forms of non-forgiveness - are caused by too much past and not enough presence. The key to happiness is in the present. It's being here now.
To your self-image ego, the present moment hardly exists. Only the past and future are considered important. This total reversal of the truth accounts for the fact that the ego mind is always concerned with keeping the past alive, because without it, who are you? And it constantly projects itself into the future to ensure its continued survival and to seek some kind of release or fulfillment there. It says One day, when this, that, or the other happens, I am going to be okay, happy, at peace. Observe your mind and you will see this is how it works. You have to overcome your ego.
Your ego has to get out of your way to be happy because it latches onto your memory of the past or thoughts of the future to avoid the present. Why? Because the ego seeks control and the present is hard to control so it wants to avoid it. The present involves uncontrollable forces and people. So the ego goes where it has control which is re-living something that has already happened in the past or imagining the future, which is the easiest way for the ego to control the mind because the outcome is already known, which takes the mind out of the present.
Compulsive thinking is a condition where your sense of who you are is derived from mind activity, distraction, events in memory, involvement with other people, work activity, etc. When your identity is no longer rooted within your own being, it becomes a vulnerable and ever-needy mental construct dependent on the outside world, which creates fear as the predominant underlying emotion. The one thing that truly matters is then missing from your life: awareness of your deeper self, your invisible and indestructible reality. Then you are bound by your ego and external validation.
Focus attention on the feeling inside you. Don't judge or analyze. Don't make an identity for yourself out of it. Stay present, and continue to be the observer of what is happening inside you. Become aware not only of the emotions but also of "the one who observes," the silent watcher, the real you. This is the power of the Now, the power of your own conscious presence. Then see what happens.
Time is not precious because it is an illusion. What you perceive as precious is not time, but the one point that is out of time: the Now. That is precious indeed. The more you are focused on time, past or future, the more you miss the Now, the most precious thing there is.
Surrender is the simple but profound wisdom of yielding to, rather than opposing, the flow of life. The only place where you can experience the flow of life is in the Now. It is to relinquish inner resistance to what is. And that becomes your key to joy and peace. The reason for this is simple, inner resistance cuts you off from yourself and from the world around you. It strengthens the feeling of separateness on which your ego depends for its survival. The more you are bound by control of your ego, the more you are cut off from your inner dimension, the dimension of depth, of spirit, of truth. But in the state of surrender, your self-identity softens and becomes transparent, so the possibilities of life can shine through you.
The mind is not just thought. It includes your emotions as well. Emotion arises at the place where mind and body meet. It is the body reaction to your mind, or you might say, a reflection of your mind in the body. For example, a hostile thought will create a buildup of energy in the body that we call anger. Or the thought that you are being threatened causes the body to contract on the physical side of what we call fear. Research has shown that strong emotions even cause changes in the biochemistry of the body.
1. Don't Leave A Trail Behind You - Ever notice how some people appear disorganized and leave a trail of stuff behind them, while others pick up after themselves and stay organized? How you feel is all about what you do about where you are. Staying organized and not leaving your stuff around you has a positive psychological affect that makes an unbelievable difference is how you feel about each day. It gives your subconscious mind a sense of accomplishment within your day that sets a positive pace to complete tasks throughout the day. Plus staying organized creates a peaceful look to your space.
2. Clean Up Your Space - If your mind is in disarray you can't feel in control when your space is in disarray - they are related. Whatever the reason (or excuse), disorganization becomes your rational for something that isn't true. The reality is that you can do anything you want, and it becomes apparent that you don't want to be in control of your life if your space is out of control. So fix it.
3. Finish One Task Before Moving On To The Next - OK we all have allot of things to do, or so we tell ourselves. If you are constantly distracted by too much information or things to do, remember that you still have a responsibility to your own happiness to prioritize your life and do the things that matter most. Focus. Do. Be. Succeed. Take care of what you need to do one item at a time and then move on to the next.
4. Use Your Free Time - It's OK to have free time and it's OK to find something to do with it that actually matters. Think of what you are doing with all that wait time and what you could be doing. The difference between the two is the difference between where you are and where you could be. Spare time is always opportunity for you to do more.
5. Follow The "One In, One Out" Rule - If you bring in something new, something else has to go out. Purging, throwing things away or donating them keeps you from getting to that point where you feel overloaded and disorganized. A one-for-one approach will help the outgoing pace match the incoming items in your environment to keep it organized. If you're behind, catch up now.
6. Maintain A Calendar - Life is a timeline. Whether it's on paper or your smartphone, a calendar is your key to keeping track of your busy life including due dates, future events, appointments, bills, birthdays, tasks and goals. Having a place to document your life's timeline keeps you organized. It's how things get done.
7. Strive For Inbox Zero - Email overload is common these days. But it doesn't have to be that way. Get rid of what you don't need and save what's important, then clean up your inbox filters to avoid too much email getting in. It will be easier to schedule time each day to review, delete and save your emails when there aren't so many of them.
8. Have A System For Paperwork - Paperwork systems may vary by person but having some sort of plan in place for all the papers that enter your home is important. From mail to schoolwork to coupons to magazines to whatever else, it has to go someplace. Piles aren't pretty. Bills aren't for everyone to see. Important documents lose their importance lost in the stack. Have a filing system ready, or discard them. Reduce clutter. Save Time. Increase Privacy.
9. Make Your To Do List - Be a champion of lists. When you have an idea or remember something to do - don't let it escape you. Your future actions and success depend on your thoughts and ideas. Unless you have a perfect memory (which you don't) you have to keep track of them as they occur for future reference. Otherwise you miss out. To do lists are the difference between success and failure for most of us.
10. Get Some Sleep - What does sleep have to do with productivity and organization? Friend, it has everything to do with it! If you are lethargic and unproductive because you didn't get enough shut eye, you won't have the energy to be organized. There is a major difference in what you can accomplish when you sleep well versus those times when you're running on empty. You have to have energy - mentally and physically, to organize your life.
This is your destiny moment. You are essentially who you create yourself to be, and all that occurs in your life is the result of your own making. Your words create your future. Your imagination is your preview of life's coming attractions. You are planting seeds today for tomorrow by what you think and talk about. What you dwell on becomes your reality. In the central place of every heart there is a recording chamber that sets forth the present and the future. So long as it receives messages of strength, beauty, hope, cheer and courage, so will your life be.
What you know in your heart and with your intuition must be acted upon. Don't wait. Don't postpone. Don't make excuses. Don't lose the battle with your own thinking. Your choice is to be a host to your higher power, or a hostage to your ego and fears. Inspiration and imagination overcome limitations of your ego. Let go and be inspired. Take a step of faith. Be a now person and make a decision to just do it. Today. You can't wait to see it to believe it - you have to believe it to see it.
A plan exists but you have to tune into it to experience it. You have to go get what already belongs to you. You have to break through invisible walls. You have to take steps without seeing the whole staircase. Faith is trusting even when you don't understand the bigger plan. Follow your heart and step out into the big picture. Turn your setbacks into setups for greatness. Turn your scars into stars.
Nothing in life happens to you - it happens for you. Don't judge your future by negative stepping stones. Sometimes a bitter experience is a blessing in disguise to push us out of our comfort zone. And that is how we fulfill our destiny. Bring greatness out of a great mess. In the story of your life don't read the same chapter over and over - start on the next chapter.
The outside world is a projection of what is within you. Visualize what you want, see it, feel it, believe in it. Be grateful for what you have and what you will have. Make your mental blue print, and begin to build. Manifest your plans into reality. Take action on the signs of what is coming. Your intuition is powerful. Remove limiting beliefs that seem to slow you down. Remove counter intentions that sabotage what you want. Remove blocks within you. Clear away negativity. You have powers you never dreamed of. You can do things you never thought you could do. There are no limitations in what you can do except the limitations of your own mind. You get what you expect.
Separate fact from fiction. Don't get caught up in hypnosis of the culture. See what's real, not a false reality. Be honest in your thinking with yourself and with others. Don't let fear stop you. Fear melts when you take action toward a goal you really want. The universe responds not to what we want, it responds to who we are being. Thoughts are an electrical charge, and feelings are a magnetic charge. Thoughts send out an electrical signal. Feelings magnetically draw events back to us. Thoughts are language of the brain and feelings are language of the body.
We succeed when we believe that something inside of us is superior to circumstances. You must have courage to bet on your ideas, to take the calculated risk, and to act. You must "be" to do. Figure out what do you need to "be" in order to get what you want. Your resources are always far greater than you imagine them to be. Never ask, "Can I do this?" Ask instead, "How can I do this?" Engage in honest self appraisal. Then do something about it! You and you alone are responsible for your success. Assume the responsibility for your own results and don't blame anybody else. Don't let your self-image say "that's just the way it is" because that's not true. Instead think "I am what I decide to be".
You get to decide where your time goes. You can either spend it moving forward, or you can spend it putting out fires. You decide. And if you don't decide, others will decide for you. Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at change. We first make our habits, and then our habits make us. What we think determines what happens to us, so if we want to change our lives, we need to stretch our minds.
Nothing is impossible, the word itself says, "I'm possible!" Don't let memory and fear get in your way. In every moment you're coming from either memory or inspiration. Memory is a program, belief or limitation within you. Inspiration comes from beyond yourself. Pure spirit is there but can be covered up by your nest of beliefs and programs in memory, which can block your spirit. When anything shows up in life almost always the reaction to it first is a memory. The goal is to change that to come from inspiration. Instead of automatically responding from habit and memory, respond from a new perspective and fresh opportunity.
There is a voice in the Universe urging us to remember our purpose for being on this great Earth. This is the voice of inspiration, which is within each and every one of us. When your desires are strong enough, you will possess power to achieve. Courage is the mastery of fear - not the absence of fear. Everyday living requires courage for life to be lived to it's fullest and happiest. The most creative act you will ever undertake is the act of creating yourself. Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds, cannot change anything.
Use your own creative imagination in the present moment to create a new attitude. Something vividly imagined as true is accepted as truth by the subconscious. There is a link between the imagination and the physical body. Your mental movies or stories in your mind change your emotions, beliefs and behavior. You are controlled by what your self-image believes to be true. Change it by changing your mental movies. Your behavior then automatically changes.
Success is not achieved in a straight line - it is a zigzag of course corrections. As long as you have a clear goal your success mechanism will overcome poor decisions and mistakes along the way. Failures are just tests or experiments as you figure out how to get to where you want to go. You can't dwell on them. The past is the past but you can control the present, which leads to your future.
If you don't have the answer - find it. If someone offers you an amazing opportunity but you are not sure you can do it, say yes - then learn how to do it later. What would you achieve if you say "yes" to more opportunities? It always seems impossible until it's done. Be an optimist. Take bold risks. When you make a choice, you change the future.
Beyond the illusions of the physical world, beyond the limits of your ego, lies a world of potential realities. It is the place where most people balk because they are unwilling to disconnect from their attachments to the physical world long enough to make this life-changing journey. There is a hyperdimensional reality that exists beyond the constraints of time, space, and intellect. A reality that lies just past the limits of ordinary vision. A reality which will reveal itself with an astonishing power of true authenticity.
Faith is the force which gives life, power, and action to the impulse of thought. The details of this dimension, how you get there, and what happens when you do, are beyond the comfort level of many until they understand it. It isn't by getting out of the world that we become enlightened, but by getting into the world, by getting so tuned in that we can ride the waves of our potential and never get tossed around because we become the waves. Attune the resonance of your mind and soul so that you are constantly making a positive imprint on the world around you. Simple lifestyle changes can open the floodgates of possibility and positive energy. Ensure that you are on the good side of transformation that is just around the corner.
A belief is not merely an idea the mind possesses; it is an idea that possesses the mind. Quiet the mind and the soul will speak. By thought, the thing you want is brought to you. By action, you receive it. If something doesn't bear witness to your spirit, have confidence to say thanks but no thanks. Deal from strength. The universe has no fixed agenda. Once you make any decision, it works around that decision. There is a series of possibilities that shift with each thought, feeling, and action that you experience. Things happen that shape your destiny in ways you might never have imagined.
Success includes health, energy and enthusiasm for life, fulfilling relationships, creative freedom, emotional and psychological stability, a sense of well-being, and peace of mind. Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit. You should be totally independent of the good and bad opinions of the world...you should have faith in yourself. To acquire true self power you have to feel beneath no one, be immune to criticism and be fearless.
Be objective in your awareness as much as possible and resist the habit of constantly verbalizing your off the cuff judgements and opinions. What you say good or bad sets the course. If you do not like something, change it. If you can not change it, change your attitude. You have always had the power, you just had to learn to use it for yourself. The most courageous act is to think for yourself. The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be.
Look for opportunities to laugh. Laughing releases healing within your body. Don't ever lose the child that's within you. Remember to have fun and play. It is healthy to have fun. Stay full of joy. Play. A cheerful mind is like taking a good medicine. Laughter triggers the right side of the brain which releases creativity. Laughter also releases the natural tranquilizers that help people be calm. Sickness is related to sadness. The prescription is laughter - out loud. Laugh as much as you possibly can. When you get your joy back, pain subsides. There is healing power in laughter. Laughing out loud fills the whole house with joy. Laughter is contagious. When you laugh and smile you will see more favor. Every time you laugh you get healthy and stronger. Cheer up.
Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who have kept on trying when there seemed to be no hope at all. Become the kind of person everyone remembers and no one can resist. Opportunity starts coming your way because people will think of you first. And once you act on those opportunities, people support you every step of the way until you find yourself living a remarkable life. Those who truly stand out can be counted on to play the game of life at the highest levels, and inspire everyone around them to do the same. They feel good about themselves, and they make other people feel good about themselves as well. They are able to lift themselves up… and lift those around them up.
Your history demonstrates your values and capabilities by what you have done and not done and by what you say to yourself and to other people. These things comprise a person's character and character is what sets the tone for a person's future. Take action now to improve your character. Take action now to demonstrate wisdom. Take action now to raise your standards.
The ultimate goal of a more effective and efficient life is to provide you with enough time to enjoy some of it. Taking responsibility for your own results is the fastest way to improve your effectiveness because it empowers you to find solutions for your challenges and see your greatest opportunities.
Patience gets you nowhere - slowly. Patience is a passive trait, it involves doing nothing while waiting for the actions of others. In order to make your own success, whether it be in school, business, art, love or life, you need to actively envision it, passionately embrace the image, then lay out the plan, with all contingencies, by which you’re going to make it a literal dream come true.
Persistence in life makes all the difference. Do not give up! Have diligence in all activities that are designed to culminate in what you are working toward. Rarely is there a situation where doing less than the other guy is a good strategy. Let the refining and improving of your own life keep you so busy that you have little time to criticize others. This is day one of the rest of your life.
People who get the best opportunities are well connected to their truth, vision, values and goals. They are well aligned. And when people are aligned with their truth, it is easier to perform well in life. Even in the face of difficult times, they connect with what they love doing and stay engaged with the outcome. Engaged people are good goal setters. Successful people seek people who can stretch goals and outperform their objectives. They believe there is always something to learn or improve.
You can't put a price on peace of mind. There are few things more powerful than a life lived with passionate clarity. If you are continuously evolving in your life, your future opportunities will include more happiness. Reinvent yourself. Yes there will be risks, yes you will be surprised who doesn't return your phone calls, yes you will be stressed at times - BUT you can create your own realities.
Start with a plan, define the end game, what will life look like, what will you do to bring value to others, what are the execution steps, how will you measure your progress, how will you adjust when things don't work, how will you hold yourself accountable, who will you talk with for advice? Answer these questions, build the reality you want and don't settle for less or being too busy or unhappy - there is an alternative.
How can you be trusted to do something BIG if you can't be trusted to do something BASIC? If you want to make a difference you have to be different.
Don't just do something, be something. When you have absolute clarity about what you want, and how you're going to get it, you're able to focus on what's important so you get more done in less time. If you're looking for the next big thing, and you're looking where everyone else is, you're looking in the wrong place. The key is not to prioritize your schedule, but to schedule your priorities. Avoid the habit of attacking the messenger to avoid the message. It is not viable to argue against a position and then justify that argument by criticising the individual who holds it.
Winners develop the habit of doing the things losers don't want to do. Live a life beyond your own limitations. Stop blaming other people. Admit it when you make a mistake. Be honest with others and with yourself. Listen more talk less. Strive for excellence not perfection. Be on time. Don't make excuses. Don't argue. Realize and accept that life isn't fair.
See yourself winning and achieving your goals. Run through your success in a variety of different scenarios with obstacles to overcome. Watch yourself winning. Your brain will get so used to success, it will be more likely to help push you toward it when the time comes to perform. Form a strong mental picture of where you want to be and hold on tight. Your brain will help deliver opportunities to get you there.
Achievement is connected with action. Successful men and women keep moving; they make mistakes but they don't quit. Look straight ahead and fix your eyes on what is before you. Mark out a straight path. Don’t get sidetracked. There is always a way - when you figure it out. Every good thing that has happened in your life happened because something changed. Instead of complaining, ask yourself "what is the lesson you are trying to teach me?". Don't say to yourself "maybe it will go away by itself" nor the always regretful, "I should have acted sooner".
Don't look back - you're not going that way. If it's important to you then you'll find a way - if it's not then you'll find an excuse. If you're not making mistakes then you're not doing anything. The ones who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones that do. If you want something you've never had then you have to do something you've never done. As long as you can laugh at yourself, you will never cease to be amused. They say that time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself.
The majority of failures come from people who have the habit of making excuses. Don't wait for the perfect moment, take the moment and make it perfect. Don't dream your life, live your dreams. Every day do something that will inch you closer to a better tomorrow. You can't live in a negative expectation and expect a positive result.
Forgiving someone is easy, but being able to trust them again is a totally different story. Even the smallest shift in perspective can bring about the greatest healing. If you're not part of the solution you're part of the problem.
Disorganization disrupts the potential for success in life. The way to transform yourself is through action: repeated, focused action towards the life you want for yourself.
Some people have conditioned themselves to be victims. This behavior allows them to avoid accountability to themselves and others and to seek sympathy. They blame their lack of success or struggles on their family or friends or the government or others in society instead of accepting responsibility for themselves. They force the rest of us to deal with whiners, the immature, and those who are so intolerant that they can’t accept another person’s point of view. They believe they have to be in a safe zone which is code for comfort zone. They represent narrow-minded thinking. They don’t want to enlarge their understanding of the world because it threatens them. To deal with this, you have to personally use it as fuel to empower you, and to strengthen you, and to allow it to be confirmation that you’re on the right path. Most people don't want victims, they want winners.
